Everything you need to know about our Hire process🗓

Step 1: Get in Touch📞

Contact Us: Start by calling, emailing, or filling out an enquiry form. Be ready to provide:

How long you need it for


🟢The location of your job or event



💡 Tip: Give as much detail as possible to get accurate advice and pricing.

Step 2: Check Availability

📅 We will check if the equipment you need is available for your dates. This is also the time to:

🟢Ask about alternative options if your first choice isn’t available


🟢Discuss any accessories or attachments needed


🟢Confirm pricing, deposit, and rental terms


🔒 To ensure availability and avoid delays, we recommend pre booking plant machinery hire in advance

Step 3: Pick Up or Arrange Delivery

🚚 Choose your preferred method
🟢Pick up from our shop if you have the right transport and license


🟢Delivery to your site for convenience (fees may apply)


📦 Make sure you have:
🟢
Space to receive/store the equipment


🟢Any access requirements sorted (e.g., gates, surface types, time windows)


Step 4: Get the Job Done

🛠️ Use the equipment safely and efficiently

🛠Follow operating instructions 

🛠Use personal protective equipment (PPE) where required

🛠Keep the equipment clean and report any faults immediately

🏁 Once the job’s done:

🟢Return the equipment on time or arrange collection

🟢Ensure plant machinery is filled back up with diesel before returning, or receive a charge for the amount of diesel used if not filled back up.
